Reservations

All reservations require a minimum two nights stay

Deposit

One night’s deposit is required to secure your reservation for less than one week.  

Three night’s deposit is required to secure your reservation for stays of one week or more. Deposit can be made by Visa, MasterCard or Discover.

Due to the nature of contactless check-in, balance due will be processed on the credit card 15 days before arrival date.

Cancellations

Cancellations may be made 15 days or more in advance of your arrival date.

All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge.

At first I wasn’t sure how I felt about the changes the new owners made in the rooms. Now, I’m sold! The rooms feel light and airy, and they are so clean! It occurred to me that the design was not just for my enjoyment, but also to make it easy for housekeepers to do the splendid job they do. Surely, Covid has changed things, and I had to adjust to not having fresh towels every day, or housekeepers being allowed to enter the room during my stay, but in the end, I was just happy to be there, relaxing or touring, depending on my mood, and not having to be part of the crowd like I would at other places. Yes, I’m going back, hopefully, year after year!

Mindy and Jeff were amazing hosts, clean grounds, the room was nicely decorated, super clean and came with a coffee maker. Great places to eat - Cooks Restaurant, Dolphin Marina & Restaurant, Morse's Cribstone Grill and School House 1913. Short walk to the Bailey Island General Store. This motel is a must stay!

The world has changed so, I just needed to get away. So glad I chose Bailey Island Motel! The comfortable room with a metropolitan feel was so relaxing. A wonderful basket full of everything I’d need to make coffee, plus water, snacks, etc. was waiting for me when I walked into the room. I could look out the window, sit outside the door, or find a comfortable chair on the lawn. I could be alone as I wanted, or join other guests in conversation! Restaurant schedules were not like I imagined, due to scarcity of employees, but, hey, I was there to relax, and was always able to find a great meal! Even going next door to the lobster shack was a treat. I got lobsters to go, then brought them back to the motel lawn to enjoy at picnic tables by the sea. Who could ask for more? The Bailey Island Motel is the perfect place to get back in touch with yourself!
